Professional experience:

Fatima Mohmand joined D.Dobkowski Law Firm in 2013. Fatima has extensive experience in the provision of legal advisory services within the scope of civil law and civil liability, as well as intellectual property, commercial and company law, and the criminal business law. She provides legal support in various aspects of running business activity, including commercial contracts, counteracting unfair competition and industrial property. She has extensive experience in court proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. As Assistant Professor in the Department of Economic and Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law of University of Lodz, she delivered lectures on corporate and commercial law. She cooperates with the Faculty of Film Art Organization Production of The Polish National Film, Television and Theatre School in Łódź acting as a lecturer of competition law and unfair advertising
