Professional experience:

Katarzyna Zwolińska-Sosnowska has more than 10 years’ experience in implementation of big real estate investments, which covers in particular: real estate acquisition, negotiating financial documentation and collaterals, putting to business use real estate designated for shopping malls and logistics centres, and providing legal advice on day-to-day operation of such facilities. She has been involved in litigation concerning real estate and construction contracts, including bankruptcy-related cases, and represented contractors in disputes concerning the construction of roads and motorways. Katarzyna Zwolińska-Sosnowska has also advised on restructuring activity of financial institutions and commercial companies, and on issue of bonds. She has rendered complex legal advisory services to business entities. She is an expert in a team that provides, among others, attestation services concerning capacity of financing payments to shareholders.
