Natalia Kotłowska has been involved with the Law Firm since 2012. She participates in due diligence projects referring to domestic and foreign entities. She has experience in asset deal and share deal transactions. Natalia Kotłowska takes part in the project related to incorporation, transformation, merger, division and liquidation of the companies. She also provides ongoing corporate advice to entities operating within various sectors of economy.
