Renata Bonecka has been working for D.Dobkowski Law Firm since 1999. Renata has long term experience in the provision of complex legal advisory services to the domestic and foreign Law Firm’s Clients. She specializes in  company law as well as in real estate and construction law. The scope of specialization of Renata Bonecka covers also M&A law, contract law, labour and copyright law. She participates in projects related to setting up businesses entities and their ongoing activities. Renata Bonecka conducts complex reports and analyses, including due diligence analyses of business entities and real estate. Renata Bonecka has represented the Clients in court disputes, including employee-related cases and administrative proceedings.
