Renata Kulpa has been working with KPMG since 1996.

Renata Kulpa specialises in company law (corporate services), commercial law, banking and financial law, as well as in labour law. She provides legal advisory services within the scope of counteracting money laundering and terrorist financing as well as of issues related to personal data Customer protection.

Renata has considerable experience in the provision of complex legal advisory services to the domestic and foreign entities in the scope of ongoing matters concerning their operations. She represents financial institutions before the regulatory authority.

Renata has participated in numerous projects concerning, in particular, enterprise acquisition, merger and transformation, various liquidation, restructuring and privatization processes as well as in carrying out complex reviews and due diligence analyses.
